At what time can I arrive at and leave the hotel?

Check-in is until 15:00 and check-out is until noon.

At what time will my room be available?

If you arrive before check-in time and the room is not yet available, we will try to provide you with one as soon as possible. Alternately, you can leave your luggage with us and we will let you know the moment the room is ready.

How can I get to the hotel from the airport? Is there a private transfer service I can use?

We can provide a private transfer service upon request and at an extra cost. The hotel is a 25-minute drive away from the nearest airport (Palma).

Can we check in at midnight?

Yes, reception is open 24 hours a day.

Do you have connecting rooms?

Yes, please contact the booking department to check availability.

Does the hotel have a car park?

Yes, it has a secure, private car park with direct access to the hotel. It costs extra.

Does the hotel offer car, scooter or bicycle rental services?

Yes. Our reception team offers the possibility of renting cars, cars with a driver, bicycles, electric bicycles, tours, etc.

Can I store my luggage before or after check-in/check-out?

Yes, you can leave your luggage in our luggage storage at no extra cost.

At what time is breakfast? What types of breakfast are available?

Our restaurant on the first floor serves a complete buffet breakfast every morning from 7:00 to 11:00. We have gluten-free and lactose-free options and room service in case you prefer to order breakfast to your room.

We also have an exclusive breakfast in the Pool Bar terrace for VIP Experience clients, from May to September.

What are the opening hours for the Pool Bar?

The bar’s opening hours vary from season to season. For updated information of the opening hours, please write an email to reservas@hotelesbonanza.com

Are the prices and special offers for booking through this website updated?

The prices and availability are updated daily, and we guarantee that here you will find the absolute lowest rates. Furthermore, our website showcases all the different types of rooms and suites, indicating which ones are available at any given moment. And these prices even include exclusive benefits.

Will I receive any benefits for booking here, directly on your official website?

The price of your booking comes with added value. We provide our guests with exclusive benefits. Remember, we guarantee the lowest price.

Can Bonanza Playa clients use the Bonanza Park facilities?

Yes, in addition to all the services offered at Bonanza Playa, guests can also enjoy the Mini Golf, the tennis court, the Ping Pong table and the gardens of Bonanza Park.

Can I use the SPA?

Yes, the SPA is free for our adult guests. The treatments would have an additional cost.

Is there a dress code for the restaurants?

Yes, for dinner in our Bonavista Restaurant or for the Krystal Restaurant, formal dress is required (long trousers and a T-shirt with sleeves for gentlemen).

Is there any establishment inside the hotel?

The hotel has a hairdressing salon and a clothing and accessories shop.

Do the rooms include a minibar?

Yes, the rooms include a minibar with a wide range of drinks and snacks (extra charge).

Are cots available?

Yes, the hotel can provide a free cot for children under the age of three upon request.

Is smoking allowed?

No, smoking is prohibited by law in all the common areas and rooms of the hotel, but you can smoke on the terrace. Failure to comply may result in an extra cleaning charge of 200 euros.

Can I bring my pet?

No. We are sorry, but pets are not allowed in the hotel.

Is it permitted to bring in food from outside?

No, it is not permitted to consume food and/or drink from outside the establishment for health and safety reasons. The hotel has a restaurant/bar and 24-hour room service.
